It is with great pleasure that I am able to tell you about a fantastic night of music and entertainment here at Sandbach School.

On Tuesday 23rd April the award winning Sandbach School Big Band will be joined by the phenomenal pianist and vocalist Tom Seals. Tom has worked with and supported established artists such as Jools Holland, Jamie Cullum, Gregory Porter, Dame Cleo Laine, Hugh Laurie, KT Tunstall and Matt Lucas. Hot on the heels of sold out shows across the globe including Ronnie Scott's in London and a stunning performance at the Birdland Jazz Club on Broadway New York, his star continued to soar in 2023 with the release of a his new album, EP and worldwide live dates including Dubai Opera House.
If you've not heard him, here's a link to him performing 'Hallelujah I Love her So'

During lockdown, Tom launched his online shows, leading to Sky TV offering him a 13-week series. Each week Tom invited celebrity guests onto the show to chat about their 3 favourite songs before he and his band put their own jazzy/bluesy spin on those choices. Guests included Anton Du Beke, David Coulthard, Georgia "Toff" Toffolo, Ruby Turner, Russell Watson, Carole Baskin, Toyah, Tom Grennan, Sir Kenny Dalglish, Stephen K Amos, Diane Abbott, Tom Allen and Ricky Wilson of Kaiser Chiefs.
